SHIPPING
Do you deliver products Internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
When will you ship my items?
All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched.
99% of orders leave the warehouse within 3-5 days of payment.
We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped.
Once your item has been shipped you will be given tracking details on the email.
Please allow 24 - 48 after receiving the tracking code for the system to fully function.
What are your shipping times?
All orders are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched.

Can I track my shipment?
Yes. If the product is eligible for tracking, you will receive the shipment tracking information by email as soon as your product is shipped.
Why the tracking number you provided doesn't work?
If your order has just shipped, please allow some time for the status of the shipment to correctly display on the respective tracking site. It usually takes 3 to 4 days after the items have been shipped for the tracking information to properly reflect in the system. If you get invalid tracking details, check back again in a couple of days.
Why my tracking details are not updating?
There are instances where the tracking information will not work between countries or while waiting for customs clearance or soughting facilities. Please wait a couple of days and try again. Often some countries do not update tracking information daily so please be patient and check back again the following day.
What can I do if my order hasn't arrived in the estimated delivery time?
Please contact postal service in your country to follow up on tracking information.
We guarantee you for protecting your purchase from click to delivery. If your order does not arrive within estimated delivery time please contact our support for a full refund of your purchase.
Note: we are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete destination information. Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out.
Do I need to pay Import Taxes and Tariffs?
Many countries do not charge import duties on private items below a certain stated value. However, you may find that you have to pay taxes when goods you've ordered arrive in your country. Please note that all import taxes/duties are the buyer's responsibility.

How do I place an order?
Simply choose your style from the drop down menu on the product page then click »Ad to Cart« button and follow the simple steps to complete your order. We'll prepare your order and send you tracking number.
What are the payment options available?
Currently we support Credit card Payments & PayPal Payments.
Is your website secure with my personal information?
Absolutely! Emart Gear adheres to highest industry standards to protect your personal information when you checkout and purchase from our online store.
Your credit card information is encrypted during transmission using secure socket layer (SSL) technology, which is widely used on the internet for processing payments. Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.
How do I check the status of my order?
You can track your order status on our ORDER STATUS page.
Why I received only some of the items in my order and not all of them?
I ordered multiple items, but only received one… where's my order?
We have a large assortment of products not stocked in house, when you order multiple items a time, they may be shipped separately (from various locations) so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all items at once… they are on the way!
I've picked a wrong size/color. Can I change it?
If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we might be able to take care of it. However, we can't promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it. Contact us anyway, we still care and we'll try to make it right for you.
I've put a wrong shipping address. Can I change it?
No, We won't be able to change your shipping address once you complete your order.
Is the »FREE« item really free?
Yes! Usually this promotional offers run for a limited time. While the item is free the customer have to pay the shipping cost.
Can I order more than 1 free + shipping item?
Yes, absolutely, there is no limit on free + shipping purchases, but you will be charged an additional shipping fee for each item you add to your cart.
Is the product same as photo?
Yes, all photos are real. Please note that due to the light and screen difference, the items color may be slightly different from the image.
RETURNS/REFUNDS
What is your refund policy?
If for any reason your items do not arrive within the estimated shipping time / your item is arrived defective / you received a different item than what you ordered, please contact us at info@emartgear.com - We give a 100% guarantee for a full refund or resend the product.
Please note that we do not refund shipping cost for free ítems after being sent.
